What Lasts (Cake Series Book .5) Review

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t think I can ever get enough of this world!! What Lasts was a prequel to the entire Cake series. It can be read as a stand-alone but it does have some overlap from the other books! It was sweet, raw, and a complete emotional rollercoaster ride!

Michelle and Scott were definitely not from the same worlds. She was a wealthy east coaster and he was a local Californian heavy metal frontman. But you know the saying…opposites attract.

From their very first encounter, the chemistry was off the charts. She was ready to leave everything behind, but would her family allow it?

Seriously, this was everything I didn’t know I needed and then some. Loved getting to see how they became to be. They had to endure so much but it just made them that much stronger! Such a wonderful addition to the series. I hope we get more at some point, like I said before, I can’t get enough!!
