Holy darkness!! The Devil and His Fawn was the first book in Charity’s Saint Vale series and it hit the ground running! It was raw, gritty, and full of suspense.
Blair had been sent to Saint Vale after being kicked out of three other universities. It was where the world’s richest and most corrupt sent their heirs. So of course it had a dark side. A secret society of masked men where each member aimed to break one female student each year. When Enzo chose Blair their fate was sealed, but who would be the winner?
If you have any kind of trigger with dark romances, be sure to check the warnings, especially bullying. While it is not always my cup of tea, it can be done well and this one was definitely one of those! It had me hooked from the start. It really was next level crazy, lol! I don’t want to spoil anything but I adored Blair and Enzo was just insane!! Their banter was spot on, and whew, it sure got hot!! Can’t wait to continue the series!!!
