Awe!! The Steel City Seals struck again! Smuggler’s Hideaway always puts a smile on my face!! Lowering His Guard was the fourth book in Dena’s The Steel City Seals series. It can be read as a stand-alone but check the rest out too if you haven’t! It was full of laughs, sass, and so much heart!
Brock was on the island for training camp and met May while his son was taking surf lessons. His hovering might have been an annoyance but if he hadn’t would they have gotten to know each other?
This one definitely fit in with the Smuggler’s Hideaway shenanigans but it also had such a relaxed vibe. It made May shine and it was fun watching Brock slowly grumble less! Always love getting to see everyone especially Sammy! Can’t wait to see what happens next and I hope we aren’t done seeing these three!!
