As always, what a fun escape from reality! When We Dare was the second book in Croix’s Wild Fire series. It was a sweet and swoony slow burn!

Hudson and Stella had an instant attraction towards each other but didn’t want to act on it. That was until they became roommates. A little friends with benefits arrangement seemed like the best plan except when real feelings started to cloud judgement. 

I loved how they were attracted to each other but they took it slow. Even if the relationship started to grow into something they weren’t prepared for, they eventually handled it!! Loved the addition of Butter and Biscuit!! Hopefully we get updates on them as well as their owners, lol, as the series goes on!!
