Hands down my favorite of the series. I have loved each book but holy hotness!! The Rake was the fourth and final book in Shen’s Boston Belles series. It was intense, sexy, and full of secrets. Once I started reading I couldn’t stop!

Emmabelle was ready to take on the world by herself until she decided she wanted to have a baby. She knew she could still do it alone but when Devon offered his services, could she turn him down? Neither of them wanted anything else, so what could go wrong?

Devon vowed to never get married but somehow Emmabelle was making him rethink everything. When both of their worlds exploded would they be able hold onto each other?

So many emotions and all the angst! The connection these two had was on fire. I loved how they were able to heal parts of themselves they never thought possible! Devon may have been an alpha but he also made me swoon! I was really sad to have to say goodbye to this group, I hope we get to see more of them at some point!
