I was so happy to hear Baxter was getting his own book! I fell in love with him throughout the rest of the series! The Only Goal was the fifth and final book in Katy’s Nolan U Hockey series. It was sweet, sexy, and oh so emotional!!
Baxter had been in love with Tammy since they were teens. Back then, all he wanted was a chance to be with her, but another guy had swooped in and took her from him. Years later when she suddenly came back into his life, he knew this was his second chance, but he had to figure out how to tread carefully because he knew she was still the one!
Talk about being on an emotional roller coaster! This book definitely had the highest highs and the lowest lows! Oh sweet Kai, you definitely stole the show! Especially when he fit in so well with all the big bad hockey players!! And Baxter being a coach, swoon!! I loved that even though it took them awhile to get there, they stayed true to themselves and in the end got everything they could have ever dreamed of! I can’t wait to see these guys again down the road!
