Holy baseballs!! Way to knock it out of the park! The Hotshot was the first book in Piper & Rayne’s The Dugout series. It was full of witty banter, sweet moments, and so many emotions!!!
Leighton’s world had been turned upside down. She went from being a single nurse to a guardian of three children who needed to juggle all the things. She wasn’t good at asking for help but the future of her new little family might depend on it. Good thing Hayes was ready to step up whether she wanted him to or not.
Gah!!! These two!!! I loved watching them dance around each other. And the kids, oh my heart!! Once I started reading, I couldn’t stop! The book hangover was definitely worth it. Such a great start to the series and introducing the other players! Can’t wait to see these guys again while we continue the series!!
