Such a good best friend’s brother romance! I couldn’t put it down! The Hero In Her Story was the latest book by Kelsey Kingsley. It was emotional, sweet, and full of witty banter!
When Connor was younger he always thought Tarryn was his little sister’s annoying best friend. It wasn’t until the day he saw her wearing one of his shirts that his thoughts went elsewhere. But as they grew older, Tarryn made something of herself and he would never be worthy of her, would he?
I loved getting to know each of them in their own lives and then watching them grow together. It was nice seeing how their history was intertwined and how they both had to work through their own demons. Such a great slow burn!!
