Nicole French was a new to me author. I signed up for an ARC of The Love Trap (Quicksilver Book 3) so I needed to read the first two beforehand!!
The Hate Vow was full of amazing tension. I thought it was a little long and some parts seemed to drag on but Nicole kept me interested. The push and pull between Eric and Jane was carried throughout the entire book. They say they hate each other but do they really?
After being estranged for years, Eric finds out he has to get married and take over the family business or everyone will loose their inheritance. He doesn’t care about the money but surprisingly he cares enough about his family to not screw them over. He only has one small problem; the only girl he can imagine getting married to hates him!
Jane and Eric are oil and vinegar! They avoid each other at all costs but having mutual friends sometimes makes that difficult. What happens when Eric asks Jane to marry him? Will she laugh in his face or will the 20 million dollars he has to offer be too much to turn down?
The cliffhanger!! It was in the back of my mind but I never expected it to go down like that! Now I must start book 2 – The Kiss Plot!
