Talk about emotional!!! This amazing epilogue had a little bit of everything and showed just how real these couple seem! It was sweet, angsty, and full of emotions! 

Tammy and Baxter are trying to finally make it down the aisle. Caroline and Casey are trying to make their own hockey team. Mick and Ethan seem to be growing apart. Asher and Lani are each trying to propose to the other. 

And Rachel and Liam are trying with all their heart to create a family. 

Loved getting to see all my favorites on down the road. Even though they all got their happily ever afters, again, I was still not ready to say goodbye! These couples have dug themselves into my heart! I really hope we get to see them again!
