Gah!! I am so excited to get back into this series!! Son Of A Gun was the third book in Jay’s The Forever Marked series. It can be read as stand-alone, but once you start you can’t stop wanting all the stories! It was gritty, grumpy, and yet full of light! 

Daire was at a crossroads and thought she wasn’t living up to her family name. Leaving seemed to be the only option but did she bite off more than she could chew?

Campbell was trying to figure out how he wanted his life to go. Running after a spoiled princess was not on his list, but he did as he was told. Except, the more time he spent with her, the more he realized he might have had her all wrong.

I loved getting to see them together in the previous book, there was so much tension! They were complete opposites in every way but fit together so perfectly!! She was the light to his darkness. I really hope this won’t be the last in this series!! I need all second gen stories!
