Oh Lisa…you did it again!! This book was on fire and I can’t wait to see what kind of wild ride you take us on! Scoring Position was the first book in Lisa’s new Vegas Heat: Bases Loaded series. It was a perfect pitch to start loading the bases for what’s to come!

Danny was the “bad boy of baseball” and he was kind of proud of the title until he realized he had a chance with his dream girl, America’s sweetheart, pop princess Alexis Bodega. Would he let his reputation and the possibility of her having a boyfriend stand in his way? Or would he lean into his title to get what he wanted?

I loved that Danny got his celebrity crush!! These two were so cute together. But, you know it will never be easy for them! They have to fight for their happily ever after and I have a feeling these two have their work cut out for them! My heart was already hurting after that cliffhanger… I cant wait to see what direction we will be sent in next!
