Perfect Enemy was the second book in M. Robinson’s Beckham Dynasty series. It was gritty, suspenseful, and full of surprises.
Cove may have been 20 years younger than Jace, but there was something that pulled them together. Jace knew it shouldn’t happen, but how long could they fight it?
I have to say, large age gaps are not my cup of tea. With that being said, I still really enjoyed their story. I liked how it went back and forth from past to present. It had me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going to happen next. Their connection was something that they couldn’t ignore!
