Oh my goodness!! Hockey…check, single dad…check, check, second chance…check, check, check!! What a trifecta! Mr. Broody was the second book in Piper & Rayne’s The Nest series. It can be read as a stand-alone if needed, but definitely check out the first book too! It was sweet, funny, and had all the emotions!
Jade and Henry had lots of history that Jade just wanted to forget. She always hated coming back home because she knew that she might run into him. But Henry was tired of Jade avoiding him. He wanted to work out their differences but would Jade ever be ready?
Oh sweet Bodhi!! I loved how we got chapters from him and how close everyone in The Nest was. Henry and Jade’s past made their future that much sweeter. I loved how everything came full circle and they ended up where they all belonged!
And seriously, the end…can’t wait for the next one!!
