As always, I have to say mafia/dark romances are not really my jam but every time I read one from these girls, they have captivated me and I couldn’t put the book down!! It’s dark but with a side of sunshine! Moonlit Thorn was the first book in Piper & Rayne’s Midnight Manor series. It was full of chemistry, steam, and so many secrets!
Anabelle was prepared to save her family no matter what, even if it meant signing a year of her life away to Asher Voss. What she wasn’t ready for was the attraction that left her wanting more. Would the secrets of Midnight Manor bring them together or end up tearing them apart?
Talk about hot!! And the twists…get ready! I could not put this book down!! I loved how even though Asher may have had specific needs, he always made sure Anabelle was OK! I think that is why I enjoy their writing style on these, I get the gritty but it doesn’t make me uncomfortable. It truly made me crave more! Can’t wait for the rest of the series and to see what the Manor has in store for us!
