I have been waiting for the continuation of this series and Sarina did not disappoint!! Loverboy was the second book in Sarina’s The Company series. It can be read as a stand-alone so don’t worry if you haven’t read the first one (although you should)!! It was a fun second chance romance full of laughs, suspense, and sexiness!!

Gunnar found himself in a city he tried to forget, NYC no longer held any magic for him. He was back to help quickly catch a killer before hopping a plane back home. But once he found out who he would be working with, would that change his mind?

Posy was trying to make her pie shop profitable but loosing employees left and right was not helping. When Gunnar came back into her life, would applying for the barista job save her or cause her to go down in flames?

These two!! Could Gunnar be any sweeter?? So many laugh out loud moments as well as being kept on the edge of my seat. Such a great story!! Hopefully we get to see these two later down the road!!
