Love At Last (Last Frontier Lodge Series Book 2) Review
By J.H. Croix
Again, I love her Swoon Series, so it was hard not to compare these to those. I fully enjoyed the book, it just wasn’t my favorite. Love At Last was the second book in Croix’s Last Frontier Lodge Series. They are interconnected but can be read as stand-alones. It was a sweet and swoony read with a touch of angst.
Garrett was getting burned out from being a corporate lawyer. He decided he needed a change and hopped the next flight to Alaska. He thought the remote wilderness and pure fresh air would help get his mind back on track. But meeting Delia had the opposite effect. His world was spinning out of control and he wasn’t sure how or if he wanted to get back to normal.
Delia was a single mom who had finally settled into a good routine. When Garrett stumbled into her world, he threw her completely off track. Could she learn to love again or would her past catch up to her?
These two had such an amazing relationship! And Garrett’s relationship with her son, gah!! So many emotions in such a short time had me crying and swooning! I am looking forward to see what’s next!
