What a fun best friend’s brother romance. It had me hooked from the start. 😁 The whole series has been great and this was an amazing addition! Hooked was the 4th book in Jacob’s Boston Terriers Hockey series and can be read as a stand-alone. It was funny, sweet, and sexy!

Clover had always had feelings for her best friend’s brother. Years ago, they had a moment but he messed it up. They acted liked they hated each other, but how thin was the line to love?

Marshall knew Clover was off limits. He tried everything he could to keep his feelings at bay until he had to step in to help. Once he had her in his arms, he couldn’t let go. Would giving in to their attraction to each other be a smart move?

I loved their banter! The way Marshall cared for Clover was so sweet. They made a great couple and it was fun to watch their journey. Even though I love angsty stories, it was refreshing to read a low angst, swoony, and delightful book!
