Happenstance Part 1 Review
By Jamie McGuire
This was the first book in Jamie’s Happenstance trilogy and they have to be read in order. It was an entertaining, fun and fast read. It had an interesting storyline and kept my attention the entire time.
Erin was one of three in her class. The only difference was she was the outcast, the other Erin’s along with most of her class bullied her. All she had to do was survive the rest of the year but when Weston started to show interest in her, was it too good to be true?
When tragedy struck would Erin be better off or would the truth ruin her future?
The whole time I was holding my breath for the worst possible outcome. Erin didn’t grow up in the best situation and kids can certainly be cruel. Sometimes when things seem to good to be true, they are.
