Holy smokes!! I swear each one of these series gets better and better. I think each one is my favorite, but then Lisa works her magic and BOOM, I have a new one! Fumbled was the first book in her new Vegas Aces: The Playbook series. It was sweet and swoony, and left off right at the top of the huge roller coaster ride I am sure this book will be taking me on!
Travis was used to only worrying about himself and his career until an accident left him the sole guardian to his little girl. Both of their worlds had been turned upside down – he was now a single father, and she not only had to process loosing her parents, but getting to know a dad she never knew existed. One of her saving graces was a teacher at her new school, but Travis and Victoria had trouble getting along. Would they be able to put aside their differences to help, or make matters worse?
I knew going in there would be a cliffhanger, but every-time, it still gets me! Ugh!! I need the next one asap!! I loved how Victoria handled Travis!! I don’t want to give away anything, but it was so fun to watch! And Harper, oh my heart! I can’t wait to see how all of their relationships grow!
