Wow! I could not put this book down. Maya did it again with another amazing installment of the Kings! She writes the characters so well, you feel like you know them personally. You hurt when they hurt, you cry when they cry and your heart soars when they love!

Ford has been Liv’s crush for years. She finally gets a taste only to have him break her heart moments later. Two years later he comes back into her life but does she want that? Will it end up like before? Will her heart survive if he breaks it again?

These two are so sweet! When the stars align they finally get their chance but the  universe sure tries to stop them! Can they work past everything or are they doomed to fail again?

If you are a fan of The Perfect First, we get to see some characters from there. Marissa is Liv’s roommate. We see a little bit of Seph but quite a bit of Marissa and LJ (can’t wait for their book 😄).
