Talk about an emotional mess! I couldn’t wait to find out why Pierce was such a douche! I hated him but at the same time loved him. Defying Our Forever was the third book in Claudia’s The Baker’s Creek Billionaire Brothers. They all can be read as stand-alones, but don’t miss out on these bothers!! It was sweet, raw, and oh so heartbreaking!

Leyla was so happy at first, but she soon learned that her marriage was not at all what she thought it would be. Fun and flirty dates turned into lonely nights alone. Just when she thought she could leave, his dad passed away. How much longer could she handle?

Pierce never wanted to be that guy but the stress of family and work had taken over. When his dad passed away, he would have time to reflect, but at what cost?

Holy hangover! These two…stubborn and lovable. I think this one was my favorite of the series so far. There was just so many feels. I wanted him to suffer but in the end, I wanted them happy. I love how the mystery of his father’s will continues to unfold! I can’t wait for the rest of this series!
