Awe!! There was so much swooning!! Come What May was a stand alone by L.K. Farlow but to me it was the 4th book in her Southern Roots Series! It was sweet, sassy, and oh so sexy!!
Seraphine was spiraling further and further into a deep depression after her father passed away. She was so far gone, she didn’t know what was happening around her. What she once held dear was slipping from her grasp. Would she be able to recover before it was too late?

Mateo had always thought there could be something with Seraphine but with the age difference and the fact that her dad was a friend…he knew to leave it alone. Until a mutual friend reached out because he was worried. Could Mateo be the man Seraphine needed without getting too involved? Or would temptation get the better of them?

It was such a great slow burn!! It had quite an age gap, but it didn’t bother me at all! I loved how their friendship blossomed into so much more!! I hope this was not the last of this group of amazing friends!!
