Beyond Love (The Hutton Family Book 2)

Beyond Love is the second book in Abby’s Hutton Family series. The first book was amazing and I couldn’t wait to read this one…until I read that it was an age gap/forbidden romance. At that point, I wasn’t sure I was going to like it. Normally when a book is listed as age gap it’s around 15-20 years difference. Forbidden romance to me means half brother/sister or cousin type books. I am sure there are great stories out there that contain both or one of those topics that are amazing, but they are not my cup of tea. Thankfully, I love Abby’s books enough to not let that category stop me! Possible spoiler – it’s only a 5 year age gap and they are not related! Phew!! Now onto the review.

Wyatt Hutton is forced to keep family secrets for his Dad. One of those secrets is  Kara Lockhart, but how long can he keep her hidden??

They first met when he was 21 and she was just 16. No way could they be together but fate sure seemed to have other ideas. As years passed they tried to move on but would be quickly drawn back when times got tough.

Will they ever be able to have to correct timing? Will Kara always be a secret? Can their love overcome the crazy hands they were dealt?

Abby did an amazing job with this book! The love Wyatt and Kara share is so strong. They may have taken the long road but it made the ending that much sweeter!
