I somehow missed this was out and read Sugarlips first but immediately went back and read it. Beefcakes was the first book in Katana’s Beefcakes series. It was sweet, sexy, and full of laughs!
Neil was back in his hometown after being gone for ten years. He was helping his brothers run their mother’s bakery while she was battling cancer. He knew they needed to up their game but when a bachelorette party mishap went viral, the new demand for erotic cupcakes was taking it too far, right?
Elaina was all about structure and organization so when Neil started creating chaos, she was ready to shut it down. It had nothing to do with him being her ex. Nope, not at all! She had a job to do and she wasn’t going to let him stop her from doing it!
I absolutely loved it! Who doesn’t love a sexy man that can bake cupcakes especially when they are good for you?? Elaina and Neil had such good chemistry, I enjoyed getting to watch them discover who they were and find their new path. And I love Maple Grove!! If I could find a town like it, I would move in a heartbeat!
