Oh my heartbreak! The first chapter had me in tears as well as the rest of the book. Get ready for an amazing, emotional ride. Make sure to have tissues handy! A Wild Heart was the fourth book in Amie’s Heart series. It can be read as a stand-alone but you should definitely read the rest of the series. It was emotional, had all the feels, and was heartbreakingly beautiful.

Emily’s world came crashing down when her husband was killed in action. She wasn’t sure how to continue but her daughter kept her going. She knew she would never find what she once had so she kept her heart close. It wasn’t until years later when she met Weston that she started feeling alive again. But would she ever be able to love again?

Whoa…it took me awhile to find the words to write this review. I am still not sure I can convey everything I felt while reading this book. Between the heartbreak, Amie weaved the purest of love. This will be one of those that stick with me for a long time.
