Talk about emotions!! This was so powerful. It was my favorite of the series. A Rival’s Kiss was the third book in Maya’s Fulton U Rivals series. It was sweet, angsty, and full of second chances.

Ezra hadn’t had the easiest life which made him push himself even more on the field. He kept a low profile off the field as he didn’t want to be in the way. But when he found himself saving Willa from a nasty fall, she seemed to see him and he wasn’t sure how to feel about that. Would he be able to let her in or would he shut her out just like everyone else?

Oh Ezra! I wanted to just scoop him up and tell him it was OK. This book could have gone in several different directions but I am glad that Willa was a forgiving person and they both were able to help each other work through all the tough moments. Gah! I just loved these two!
